4. Warranty period and after-sales service response:

After the equipment is installed and debugged at the factory and mass-produced, it can enter the acceptance process. The warranty period is calculated within one year after the equipment is accepted. During the warranty period, all equipment failures caused by non-human factors must be handled by the supplier as soon as possible. If they cannot be solved remotely, suppliers within the province must arrive at the Treasure factory within 12 hours of receiving feedback from the problem (special cases are handled by both parties through negotiation), and cross-provincial suppliers must arrive at the Treasure factory within 24 hours of receiving feedback from the problem (special cases are handled by both parties through negotiation). No fees shall be charged during the handling process.
